The Better Badger

I received my new Badger brush today. It is an exact replacement of the one my buddy’s Bill and Frito gave me for my 30th birthday. My first replacement from The Art Of Shaving company was a huge letdown. It was a floppy brush, and it angered me after my face tasted proper Badger quality.

Instead of the normal Nomad shaving cream (which is great), I opted for the shaving soap. The shaving soap also lathers up well but isn’t nearly as thick as the cream and I think it makes for a better shave. To compliment the shaving soap I also got the Nomad aftershave balm, and it did the job nicely. After a trial run no tick, abrasions or ingrown hairs are to be found. So far so good.

The products of Crabtree & Evelyn are fantastic and I would reccomend them to anyone.

I’ve thought about using a Badger brush and shaving soap but I was never sure. Every time I heard someone tell me how great they are, it was because they were trying to sell me something.

Why do you like the Badger brush and shaving soap? Do you think Patrick Swayze uses a Badger brush, or does he use the ear of a wildabeast that he slaid with his bare hands?

It lifts your stubble away from the face.

I used to get rashes from shaving all the time, since the badger - this is a distant inconvenience.

Swayze burns the hair off every morning with a red hot spatula
